What we have to offer
The new Tepid Baths will offer a 7 lane, 25 metre lap pool, a learner's pool with graduated depth, a spa pool, sauna and steam room.
There will also be a gym with cutting edge 'Cybex' equipment. All on offer for a competitive price. Click here for memberships.
Swimming pools
The Tepid Baths includes a 25 metre pool for lane swimming and a 15 metre learners pool with graduated depth, both for casual swimming and recreation. Spa and sauna facilities are also available as well as a steam room.
Fitness centre
The fitness centre has a full range of modern cardio and weights equipment. With our affordable membership options you’ll be able to get in shape and have fun doing it. Fitness memberships also includes access to pools, spa, steam room and sauna. Join now and get fit.
Swim School
Tepid Baths swim school caters for all levels of swimmers from specialised baby programmes, pre-schoolers, school-aged squad swimmers and adults. Click here to find out more.
Disabled access
We welcome everyone regardless of ability or disability. Auckland Council aims to improve accessibility to our facilities and provide active leisure opportunities for all people. At Tepid Baths we have accessibility via hoist and ramps to the pool, and lift access to the gym.

Aquatic centre
Monday - Friday: 5.30am - 9.00pm
Weekends: 7.00am - 7.00pm
Public holidays: 10.00am - 6.00pm (some exceptions apply)
Fitness centre
Monday - Friday: 5.30am - 9.00pm
Weekends: 7.00am - 3.00pm
Public holidays: 10.00am - 5.00pm (some exceptions apply)
