If you want maximum results in minimum time then join BOOTCAMP. Starting Monday 2 April 2013, the six-week boot camp style programme will get you working out alongside a bunch of people all motivating each other to achieve.

Group training sessions will be delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.30am for lots of variety. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome.

It's a great deal at $90 for the whole six weeks. Experience the camaraderie and gain access to three workouts per week. That works out at a cup-of-coffee rate of just $5 a session!

During the six weeks we will also offer:

  • Pre and post measurements and testing
  • Nutrition guidelines and advice

We're recruiting for 'Fit into Summer' challenge now!

Join the "Fit into Summer" fitness challenge at Tepid Baths and get maximum results in minimum time! Starting Monday 11 February 2013, during the six-week fitness challenge you will work out alongside a bunch of people all motivating each other to achieve.

The fitness challenge will include multiple training sessions per week, individual pre screening, group fitness testing, an end of challenge celebration and much more.

The challenge is available for all Tepid Baths members, so if you have a membership with us, this is the perfect group challenge for you to get fit and active for 2013!

Tepid Baths wins prestigious award

Auckland Council's iconic Tepid Baths has won the New Zealand Project Management Institute's (PMINZ) Public Sector Project of the Year award.

The award, presented at the PMINZ Project Management Awards on Tuesday 25 September in Wellington, recognised excellence in special project management methods and project management knowledge areas.

Awards judge Gary Billingham says PMINZ recognised that the project had all the hard project management skills required, but the council also paid attention to areas that are frequently missed, particularly local interest, heritage and cultural awareness.

"This combination made it stand out in a group of exceptionally high quality nominations," he says. Read more
